Come and join me in the world of design crafted by yours truly, (yep, me!). I am still learning day-by-day, and I can't wait to produce and share more of my creative side.
But before that, I want you to get to know me first by having a *glimpse* of who I am both as a designer and as a normal person.
Come on, click that arrow button! Or scroll down if you're too lazy like I do!
Julie Jamolo
I am a student from FEU Institute of Technology taking up Bachelor of Science
in Information Technology Specialized in Web and Mobile Applications. I am
expected to graduate in December 2022
*hopefully with flying colors*
I am focused on creating mostly UI designs for both web and mobile that aims to
give out a smooth and aesthetically-pleasing user interface for users to enjoy. I can also do graphic
and product designing, where I earn extra money for myself by selling products that
I designed through a shopping platform called, Shopee.
I’ve previously worked with Nightingale Nursing Services for my capstone project called,
eKalinga, where I worked alongside my thesis mates. I was assigned to do the UI/UX
designs of both the website and mobile as well as the front-end and testing of the systems.
If I’m not conceptualizing designs, I usually play online games, listen to K-Pop
(ps: I stan TREASURE!), or discover new hobbies!
Internship
For my current internship, I am working as a UI/UX and Product Designer Intern
at
KUMU
— the largest social entertainment app in the Philippines, proudly made by Pinoys.
I am assigned at the UI/UX design team but I also have experience working in the
UX Research, Product Operations, and Product Management.
I am expected to create case studies and work on on-going projects in KUMU.
My internship at KUMU will end in July 2022, hopefully, I get to extend my work here and be
able to be working with these amazing people at KUMU.
